Purchase Warranty

  • All sales are final. We do not accept refunds/returns, unless in the special occasion where the product has a manufacturing defect.

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect before you have used it, email Brae@SweetsKendamasToronto.com for a replacement. If the product has already been used, we cannot accept a return.

  • We cannot issue a refund, return, or exchange if the customer is liable for the issue. (ex. chipping/denting the tama, wrong shipping information)

  • If the customer has provided incorrect shipping details, and the parcel is sent back to Sweets Kendamas Canada, the customer will have to pay for the extra shipping expenses. If we cannot get in contact with the customer within 5 days, we will cancel the order and refund the customer for all their product(s) they have purchased.

  • If the customer has provided incorrect shipping details, it is the customers responsibility to contact Brae@SweetsKendamasToronto.com before the parcel has been sent out. We will usually notice and contact the customer first. If the parcel has been sent to the wrong address please contact Canada Post Customer Service to resolve your issue. If the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, Sweets Kendamas Canada is not liable.

  • Sweets Kendamas Canada is not liable for your parcel once you have been provided tracking information. If you have any questions or concerns about your parcel, please contact Canada Post Customer Service.
